shure in "the war room" in san francisco. is this an epic beatdown or did the president win by a little bit. >> it depends the way you're looking at. if you're looking at substance which is not what people are looking for in this debate considering the first debate, yeah, it was a beatdown. the president did what he wanted to do. can you look at it and say he crushed him--no. it was a to do list, but it was not a perfect debate. it's like a boy the first time he sees his dad vulnerable, and then all of a sudden he's waiting to see his father be his father again. that's what happened to the base last night. that may be a hokey comparison but that's what it sort of felt like to me. the base saw someone who came out strong and really on fire about his record, which is something that they wanted to see. proceed, cenk. >> cenk: thank you. well actually i want to go to the last answer here because president obama might have saved the best for last. let me show you that and get your reaction. >> obama: when he said behind closed doors that 47% of the country consider themselves victims who ref

stamps. >> cenk: all right ben joins us now in san francisco in "the war room"." great to have you here. why stamping the money what are you driving out there? >> you know, stamping money is an incredible way to make your voice heard. it's like petition on steroid. no one sees the petitions you sign up for. there is one bill that you stamp once. that will help 10,000 people. if you do 12 stamps 3 hyundai 300 days a year. stamp, stamp. how many zeros is that? that's like 3 million? 300,000? you lose--that's just one guy. so the idea here is that if people really want money out of politics if they just stamp it pretty soon you'll be seeing this coming up in all your change. it will be that massive movement that really has the possibility to change what they do in congress to force the government. >> cenk: i think i once read how much cocaine is on the bills. 128% of the bills we have has cocaine on them. instead of cocaine put the right message. what is the message you're putting on the bill. >> this is the pro model stamp. this one is not to be used for bribing politicians. this one oh o

. that's my opinion. let's bring michael shure back. he's in san francisco. any chance that president obama looked at biden debate and thought maybe i should go more in that direction? >> yeah, i think there is a big chance. i think he'll spend more time looking at the obama debate rather than the biden debate. he has to improve what he did. he'll never been joe biden. that's why he named joe biden to be his running mate, someone who can go out in the trenches and hit it harder than he can. stylistically, i think you're right. even in the state state of the union address he, um,s and haws, and that makes him sound more scattered than he really is. but he's not going to be joe biden. one of the dangers joe biden doing really well is do you have the expectation of the president to do that? that's not what you're going to get from him. you'll probably get more substance, and a cogent argument that you didn't get last time. that's what he'll learn from whatwhat biden did. >> cenk: while covering this last night on current when you do the micro look at how people react on the spot. when pr
